RKY Careers Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the RKY Careers Affiliate Program (“Program”). By enrolling in the Program, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. Please read it carefully.
2. Definitions
- “RKY Careers” refers to the company offering the Affiliate Program.
- “Affiliate” refers to you, the individual or entity enrolled in the Program.
- “Referral” refers to a new customer who enrolls in an RKY Careers course through your unique affiliate link.
- “Commission” refers to the percentage of the sale price paid to the Affiliate for each successful Referral.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the Program.
- You must have a valid email address and a PayPal account to receive payments.
- You must agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Enrollment
- To enroll in the Program, you must complete the online application form and be approved by RKY Careers.
- RKY Careers reserves the right to reject any application for any reason.
5. Affiliate Responsibilities
- You will promote RKY Careers courses through your own marketing channels, such as social media, email, and your website.
- You will use the provided marketing materials and adhere to RKY Careers’ branding guidelines.
- You will not engage in any misleading or deceptive marketing practices.
- You will not spam or otherwise abuse any communication channels.
6. Commissions
- You will earn a commission of 5% on the sale price of each course purchased by a Referral.
- Please note that payments made in Naira do not qualify for commissions.
- Additionally, enrollments in Excel training courses are not eligible for commissions.
- Commissions will be paid via PayPal once your earnings reach £100.
- RKY Careers reserves the right to adjust commission rates at any time.
7. Tracking and Reporting
- RKY Careers will provide you with a unique affiliate link to track your Referrals.
- You will have access to a dashboard to monitor your performance and earnings.
8. Payment
- You can request for payment when your earnings reach £100
- Payments will only be made for Referrals who complete their purchase through your unique affiliate link.
- RKY Careers reserves the right to withhold payment or adjust commissions in cases of suspected fraud or violation of this Agreement.
9. Termination
- Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause.
- Upon termination, you will no longer be eligible to earn commissions and must cease all promotional activities related to RKY Careers.
10. Intellectual Property
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use RKY Careers’ trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property solely for the purpose of promoting RKY Careers courses under this Agreement.
- You may not modify or alter any of RKY Careers’ intellectual property without prior written consent.
11. Confidentiality
- You may have access to confidential information about RKY Careers’ business operations and marketing strategies.
- You agree to keep such information confidential and not disclose it to any third party without RKY Careers’ prior written consent.
12. Limitation of Liability
- RKY Careers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
13. Indemnification
- You agree to indemnify and hold RKY Careers harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your participation in the Program or your breach of this Agreement.
14. Governing Law
- This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the law, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
15. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of RKY Careers
16. Entire Agreement
- This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
17. Modifications
- RKY Careers reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time by posting the revised terms on its website. Your continued participation in the Program after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
18. Severability
- If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed from the Agreement and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
19. Waiver
- The failure of either party to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
20. Assignment
- You may not assign or transfer this Agreement or any of your rights or obligations under this Agreement without RKY Careers’ prior written consent.
By enrolling in the RKY Careers Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
