The RKY Careers Product Management Accelerator Program was built to close that gap, giving you the structured knowledge, practical experience, and industry vocabulary to break in and succeed.

Training Overview

The Product Management Accelerator Program is a seven-week live virtual bootcamp that covers the full spectrum of modern product management, from foundational Agile and Scrum principles through to advanced product strategy, stakeholder communication, and product ownership.

Every module is grounded in real-world scenarios and industry-standard tools, so you graduate not just with knowledge, but with demonstrable, verifiable experience.

The program is structured to mirror the actual workflow of a product team. You will enter a cross-functional simulated work environment, take on a Product Owner role, manage a real product backlog, facilitate sprint ceremonies, write user stories, and present product decisions to simulated stakeholders.

By the end of the program, you will have lived through the full product delivery cycle — from discovery to retrospective.

All sessions are delivered live and virtually by expert practitioners, with full access to our Learning Management System (LMS) for recordings, exercises, and additional resources. A globally recognised certificate and dedicated career support are included for every participant.
