Outcomes

What You'll Be Able to Do

Eight things you'll walk out knowing how to do, not just knowing about.

01

Protect client information from day one

Set up a client workspace with the right access levels, keep an access register, manage passwords with multi-factor authentication, and hand work over so the next VA can carry on without questions.

02

Keep an executive's week under control

Resolve calendar clashes and time zone problems, prepare agendas and briefing notes, write minutes that track who does what by when, and plan multi-city travel with a backup plan.

03

Run projects and operations smoothly

Sort a pile of scattered tasks into a prioritised project board, write procedures a new VA can follow without help, keep files organised, and send a one page weekly progress report that names the blockers.

04

Handle enquiries, leads and reporting

Reply to customers using clear response standards, escalate complaints with a proper note, track leads and follow-ups in a simple CRM, and turn spreadsheet data into a monthly report a founder understands in two minutes.

05

Create content in a founder's voice

Capture how a founder speaks in a voice guide, draft LinkedIn posts that sound like them, turn one webinar or voice note into several pieces of content, and run a clear approval process before anything is published.

06

Use AI and automation to get more done

Use AI to draft emails, summarise research and meetings, and write first versions of procedures, then check every output for errors. Know what client information must never go into an AI tool, and build, test and fix a simple automation.

07

Find, win and onboard clients

Position your services, run a discovery call, define a scope of work with clear boundaries, price your packages, and write a proposal that speaks to the client's actual problem.

08

Deliver a complete client project

Read a brief, share out responsibilities, work back from the deadline, quality check the output and hand it over professionally. Then put it all into practice in a two week group work experience.

You leave with a portfolio of 8 practical work packs you can show to clients and employers.
